PropertyWorks Limited (“PropertyWorks”) is an independent Property Advisory, Valuation and Management company which commenced in Auckland in September 2001. The Company offers a national service covering the main centres across New Zealand as well as Australia and the South Pacific.
PropertyWorks offers a network of highly skilled representatives capable of implementing project specific assignments on performance contract.

PropertyWorks advises within the Commercial and Industrial property sectors as well as offering a Registered Valuation service for all property types, Property Management for Commercial and Industrial Properties and a Project Management service.

PropertyWorks is Telarc Q-Base Code: 2001 certified. All property consultancy operations carried out perform under the Q-Base system are independently audited.

Brad Clarke, Director
Registered Valuer and Property Consultant, BBS, Dip Fin, ANZIV, SPINZ
Brad is a Registered Valuer and Director of the Valuation Division. He has experience in valuing and providing comprehensive property advice on diverse properties for a variety of purposes and applications. Brad also manages the telecommunication division of Propertyworks and has specialised expertise in this diverse sector, in site acquisitions and property consultancy.

 
  Previously Brad was a Registered Valuer at DTZ in Auckland, and prior to this a Senior Valuer at Knight Frank in Auckland, and at Seagar and Partners in Manukau. In addition, he has held various positions in the UK within the property sector.
